Coffee Benefits
8 July 2006Right we may be spending too much in StarBucks as the article from NewYork Times states but on a brighter note there are benefits from drinking coffee. These benefits are what I gathered from a magazine and the best one is number two.
- Coffee help us to be more alert and productive
- Helps in protecting us from heart disease and diabetes
From the magazine, it mentioned that a Scotish study found that heavy coffee drinkers were less likely to develope heart disease or suffer heart attacks. Then Dutch researchers found that people who drank five or more cups a day were 50% less likely to develope type 2 diabetes than those who drank a cup or less.
Hurray to coffee but just make sure to cut down on the sugar with your cuppa.
