Coffee Cake

This post not a recipe. The coffee flavored cake on the left is featured in one of the local press. Apparently this cake is offered by a hotel and anyone interested can ordered it.
So why this post? Well it is just that I am impressed with the versatility of coffee. From being just a drink, it can be used to make a cake. And I wonder what else can coffee be used for?
Anyway this featured cake looks good too. Just look at all the cream and toppings. Not forgeting the caffeine kick as mentioned in the article.
Just too bad the cake’s recipe is not included in the article. However one can get it for about $17 per kg.
